Role Overview

This is not a purely writing or coordination role. It is a creative strategy role, part storyteller, part trend-hunter, part producer.

You’ll work closely with creators, editors, and ops teams to turn cultural insights, trends, and audience behavior into scroll-stopping YouTube videos, from strong hooks and storyboards to smart packaging and post-production decisions. You may also work on podcasts and long-form conversations, helping define structure, flows, and audience-first storytelling.

• Spot content opportunities from trends, culture, and audience interest

• Build weekly and monthly content calendars for different channels

• Strengthen hooks, story arcs, and storyboards with creators

• Help shape video packaging including titles, thumbnails, and post-production direction

• Collaborate with editors to ensure strong creative intent in execution

• Study performance and convert insights into better creative decisions

• Experiment with formats, headlines, thumbnails, and tones
